I am a youth worker for SNaP Youth. I have worked with young people for over two years and have been involved with youth clubs since I was eleven years old. I recognise the significance of making young people feel valued and providing them with a role model to learn from. My prior experience includes working in challenging areas of inner-city Derby. I have worked in a multitude of fields throughout Derbyshire, including sports and general youth work, as well as holiday and after-school programmes. I recently received my bachelor’s degree in Sports Coaching from the University of South Wales. This has given me the experience and confidence I needed to pursue a career in youth work.
